The U.S. Department of Agriculture plans to begin lifting its suspension on Mexican cattle imports by reopening the Douglas, Arizona, port of entry in about 30 days, according to Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins in an interview with The Wall Street Journal. Two additional ports in New Mexico are expected to reopen later.
